2. Cultivating Coaching Skills: Provide youth workers with coaching abilities to support personal development and well-being, enabling them to guide and mentor young people effectively.

3. Fostering a New Learning Mindset: Instill a growth-oriented “learning to learn” mindset in youth workers, emphasizing the value of experiential learning and embracing mistakes as essential steps towards personal and professional growth.

4. Developing Personal and Social Competencies: Boost youth workers’ personal development, social skills, and ability to collaborate effectively, promoting harmonious coexistence and teamwork.

5. Enhancing Multilingual Competence and Creativity: Elevate creativity skills and language proficiency, particularly in English, enabling youth workers to communicate effectively in multicultural settings and deliver impactful workshops.

The project seeks to equip youth workers with the knowledge and skills needed to engage young people through creative means, promote personal development, and create healthier activities, fostering positive change within their communities.

Activities

The “ImmorTribe” poetry training course for youth workers will encompass a range of activities designed to enhance the participants’ knowledge and skills. These activities include:
Hands-On Workshops: Engaging poetry and creative workshops to equip participants with practical skills in creative expression and personal development.
Group Processes: Collaborative activities to promote teamwork and mutual learning, enriching the participants’ creative competencies.
Reflection Groups: Daily meetings for participants to reflect on their learning journey, share experiences, and receive feedback, fostering self-awareness and growth.
Coaching and Mentoring: Guidance on coaching techniques and individualized support for personal development, enhancing the participants’ coaching skills.
Learning through Experience: Immersive activities focused on experiential learning, reconnecting with the senses and nature to enhance creativity and mindfulness.
Language Learning: Emphasis on improving English language skills for effective communication in a multicultural context.

Preparation Phase: During the preparatory phase, coordination, and selection of participants, partners from various organizations will be actively involved in choosing suitable candidates from their respective countries. The number and profiles of participants will depend on the agreements made among the partner organizations.
Professional Development Activity (PDA): This phase will typically host a group of youth workers from different countries who have been selected by partner organizations. The exact number of participants can be determined based on project budget and organizational capacity.
Follow-Up Phase: Following the PDA, participants will return to their home countries and create workshops for their local contexts. The number and profiles of participants during this phase will depend on the individuals selected during the PDA phase.
The profiles of participants are expected to be youth workers, volunteers, and staff from partner organizations who are involved in working with young people either professionally or through volunteering. These participants will have an interest in enhancing their skills in creative expression, coaching, and personal development, and they will be committed to completing the different phases of the project. The project aims to involve a diverse group of individuals to promote intercultural learning and collaboration.
